CJSC “Erkafarm”

The company is working on retail pharmacy market since 1994. In 2002 the Council Board of the Company made a decision about integration of all pharmacies within the chain of CJSC “Erkafarm” under the unified brand “Doctor Stoletov”.

Now pharmacies chain “Doctor Stoletov” is presented in 11 regions of Russia, inclusive Moscow and Moscow region, Krasnodar and Stavropol regions, Adyghe republic, Rostov, Volgograd, Belgorod, Kursk, Orenburg and Saratov regions.

There are 434 sales points in the network now. At the same time, the dynamic of development and planed finance capacity allow to forecast the forward increase of number of chemist's shops.

In “Doctor Stoletov” pharmacies are presented more than 17,000 of medicines, products for nursing and hygiene from the leading Russian and foreign producers.

The main target for the further Company’s development in future is dynamic expansion of “Doctor Stoletov” chemist's shops in the other regions.

Currently-working projects are:

• "A pharmacy to whole family" (providing services and goods to families);
• "Healthy generation" (assistance to young families, advancement of healthy mode of life among young mothers and their children);
• "Hospital pharmacy" (delivery of medicines, ordering of rare medicines, providing of goods for nursing and hygiene for critical people, vaccine and serums, oncological medicines and plasma/blood substitutes);
• "World of medicinal cosmetic" (familiarity with new brands of medicinal cosmetic: consultants / expert beauticians are constantly working within this project).

Industry ranking:

• 3rd place on number of trade points;

Total turnover of the pharmacies chain comprises more than 57 mln. USD for 2005. Turnover for 2006 is amounted of 74 mln. USD, and in 2007 is already of 157 mln. USD, which demonstrated more than double increase of prior result. Rate of regional expansion and improving of financial performance in last periods allow to estimate the further increase of sales.
