The construction works on one-kilometer diaphragm wall on the first construction phase of Garden Quarters are finished!

MC “UNICOR” announces the finalization of the large-scale construction works on installation of protection configurations using “diaphragm wall” methodology.

The “diaphragm wall” technology allows installing the prevention fence of the foundation ditch of any configuration within tight city conditions. Its advantages lie within minimization of influence on the neighboring buildings and soil settlement.

Total length of the constructed within the first phase of micro district Garden Quarters wall is 1000 m, depth – 16 m, width – 0,6 m.

Up to now there has been conducted the transfer of enterprise on the different location, demolished manufacturing buildings, that were located on the first phase of construction territory and the recultivation of soil is being performed.
